If you have car insurance with us Intact, you can make an online claim. For those who prefer filing claim by phone or if you have a home insurance policy, you can reach the 24/7 claims hotline at the touch of a button. Because there are some things that just shouldn’t take too much time.

Want to know how your claim is progressing? The Intact Insurance App allows you to check the status of your claims in real time and reach with the specialist in charge of your claim. It’s a matter of putting you back in control of the situation.
Speak to your broker
Rummaging through your papers to find your broker’s contact info is a thing of the past. The new Intact Insurance App allows you to instantly access the phone number of your insurance expert, so you can discuss the details of your policy or get answers to your questions.
Continuing to receive your policy documents in the mail is still an option, but now you have another option to choose from.
